Anxiety can inflict its horrible symptoms on people of any age. It comes in all different forms including social, panic attacks, or simply an inability to cope with the stress and hectic schedule of a busy work day. I admit it has been a whirlwind of emotions lately, ranging from the littlest hiccups to as big-a-mountain turmoil.
